If a patient’s order is denied, they have the option to proceed as a self-pay patient. To do so:

1. Resubmit the IUD/LARC order form and clearly indicate that the patient is self-pay.
2. Ensure the patient completes the telehealth form.
3. Once the form is complete, the patient must call our team at 470-612-0191 to make a full payment of $1200.
