Based on the circumstances, we may request medical records (e.g., birth documentation or clinical notes). Our billing team will review and submit them to the patient’s insurance for approval, which may take up to 10 business days. Once approved, a new device order must be submitted to proceed. Without insurance approval or a new order, we cannot process the request.
